Behind your eyelids, you die

The third entry in the Yomawari series of nighttime exploration action games takes you through a town after dark.

It retains the series' atmosphere of fear, sadness and cuteness while adding new elements and evolving the experience.

Story

The protagonist awakens in an unfamiliar, dark forest.

They do not know why they are there.

The last thing they can remember is arriving on the school rooftop at dusk, after classes.

Wandering through the deep forest, the protagonist encounters a mysterious, unseen person.

In a voice that sounds somehow familiar, that person says: “A powerful curse has been placed upon you.”

To break the curse, they must remember something important that they have forgotten, all within a single night...

Searching for those precious memories, the protagonist runs out into the eerie nighttime town.

Close your eyes to escape the ghosts

Eerie, terrifying ghosts lurk in the empty town at night.

They watch the protagonist from beneath flickering streetlights, from narrow paths beyond the reach of the light, and from the darkness.

Closing your eyes conceals your presence, causing the ghosts to lose track of you.

Sometimes stopping, closing your eyes and hiding may provide an opportunity to escape the terror.

However, the ghosts remain there even while your eyes are closed.

Keep your eyes closed, maintain your distance so that you do not touch a ghost, and make your way to safety.

Explore an eerie, strangely nostalgic town

Many places with ominous histories are scattered throughout the town, and you can visit each of them at any time.

Rely on the light of the flashlight in your hand as you make your way through the eerie, strangely nostalgic nighttime streets.

A school at midnight, a rural town with terraced rice fields, and a doll mansion in a bamboo grove: each location harbors ghosts connected to that place, together with memories lost there.

Venture into the town at night in search of your forgotten memories.

Recover your memories and break the curse

The protagonist's goal is to recover their forgotten memories and find a way to lift the curse placed upon them.

Find the lost things somewhere in the town to recall scenes you have forgotten.

You can revisit those memories when you return home.

Search within your memories to discover how to break the curse.
