Project Sekai Colorful Live 4th: Unison brings the characters and virtual singers of Project Sekai Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku to the concert stage. This two-disc set captures the complete afternoon and evening performances from January 26, 2025, the final Tokyo date at Makuhari Messe. Virtual Singer, Leo/need, MORE MORE JUMP!, Vivid BAD SQUAD, Wonderlands x Showtime and Nightcord at 25:00 appear across the programmes.

The afternoon concert on disc one begins with "I'm Mine", "MOTTO!!!", "Vampire", "Telecaster B-Boy" and "Sekai wo Terasu Tetrad". It continues through "Kami-ppoi na", "Twilight Light", "Integral", "Yomosugara Kimi Omou", "DAYBREAK FRONTLINE", "Beyond the way", "Glory Steady Go!", "Bug", "blender", "Hug", "Stella", "Seibai ItAAAAAsu!", "Regulus", "Momoiro no Kagi", "Kitty", "Flyer!" and "NEO".
