Ranking of Kings Anime

A little courage can change the world. The much-discussed adventure fantasy manga Ranking of Kings, with more than 1.5 million copies in circulation, finally becomes an anime. This is the fourth Blu-ray volume.

The Ranking of Kings combines a nation's prosperity, the number of powerful people it commands and the king's own strength as a hero. Bojji is born the first prince of the kingdom ruled by King Bosse, ranked seventh. Yet Bojji is deaf from birth and so physically weak that he cannot even wield a sword properly. Both his retainers and the people scorn him as wholly unfit to be king.

Then Bojji makes his first friend, Kage. Their meeting and Bojji's small acts of courage set his life in motion. This edition contains episodes eighteen through twenty-three across two Blu-rays, with web previews for those episodes and accessible Japanese subtitles for the main program.

The fully limited edition features new jacket artwork by character designer and chief animation director Atsuko Nozaki, a special booklet and a bonus Cast Roundtable CD volume four featuring Minami Hinata, Ayumu Murase, Yuki Kaji, Rina Sato and Maaya Sakamoto.

The cast comprises Minami Hinata as Bojji, Ayumu Murase as Kage, Yuki Kaji as Daida, Rina Sato as Hiling, Takuya Eguchi as Domas, Yoji Ueda as Bebin, Hiroki Yasumoto as Apis, Hinata Tadokoro as Dorshe, Daiki Yamashita as Hokuro, Kenta Miyake as Bosse, Takako Honda as Sheena, Maaya Sakamoto as the Magic Mirror, Yoshimitsu Shimoyama as Desha and Takahiro Sakurai as Despa.
