Re:Zero Starting Life in Another World Season 3 Volume 1 Blu-ray

Because he is not alone, he can fight again and again. The third season awaited around the world finally begins, depicting the largest battle in Re:Zero’s history!

The eagerly awaited third season of the landmark otherworld fantasy Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World began airing in October 2024. On his way home from a convenience store, Natsuki Subaru is suddenly summoned to another world. With nothing to rely on there, the powerless boy gains just one ability: Return by Death, which turns back time when he dies. A year after the liberation of the Sanctuary, Emilia’s camp is united in its preparations for the royal selection, and Subaru has been enjoying a fulfilling life. That peace ends with a letter delivered by a messenger. To protect the people he holds dear and recover the irreplaceable time they shared, the boy once again resists despair and faces a cruel fate.

Beginning with the television anime in 2016, which swept audiences around the world into a frenzy, the series continued with the theatrical releases of the entirely new OVAs Memory Snow in 2018 and The Frozen Bond in 2019. Following the second season, broadcast from 2020 to 2021, the third season that viewers worldwide had been waiting for finally began in October 2024.

The third season vividly brings its breathtaking succession of dramatic developments to the screen. New characters including Liliana Masquerade, Sirius Romanee-Conti and Capella Emerada Lugunica add to the story.

A year has passed since the liberation of the Sanctuary, after Subaru and his allies repelled Elsa’s fierce attacks and Subaru formed his contract with Beatrice during the battle against the Great Rabbit. Emilia’s camp is united in its preparations for the royal selection, and Natsuki Subaru has been living a fulfilling life. Their peace ends with a letter delivered by a messenger.

The letter is an invitation from Anastasia, one of the royal candidates, addressed to Emilia: an invitation to Priestella, the watergate city counted among Lugunica’s five great cities. Accepting it, Subaru and his companions travel to Priestella, where various reunions await them. One is unexpected, one is unintended, and one is inevitable. Malice stirs beneath the surface, and an unprecedented crisis descends upon them. The boy once again confronts a harsh destiny.

The Attack Arc began broadcasting on October 2, 2024, across twenty-one stations nationwide with an expanded opening special. The Counterattack Arc followed from February 5, 2025.
