Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective 2nd Season Vol.2 Blu-ray continues the partnership between a brilliant detective forbidden to practise and the earnest police officer who gives his deductions a way back into the world. Based on Akira Amano's mystery manga, the second season draws Ron and Toto towards the criminal family behind the incident that destroyed Ron's career.

Once considered a genius at the prestigious detective training academy BLUE, Ron Kamonohashi was stripped of his detective credentials after a fatal flaw came to light. Years of isolation end when he meets Metropolitan Police detective Totomaru Isshiki, nicknamed Toto. Ron solves the mysteries while Toto carries out the investigations, and their success with difficult cases gradually turns them into an effective team.

BLUE continues to watch Ron closely, but some within the academy understand his situation. Principal Emmerich reveals that the Bloody Field Trip incident which led to his expulsion was orchestrated by someone else. Behind it stands the M family, a notorious criminal dynasty linked to numerous unsolved cases. Its head, Milo Moriarty, sends his sister Winter to Japan to drive Ron into deeper despair. The connection between Ron and Milo becomes the central threat confronting the detective duo.

Yohei Azakami and Junya Enoki return as Ron and Toto, alongside Yoko Hikasa, Taku Yashiro, Nao Toyama, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, Yumiri Hanamori and Konomi Kohara. This volume contains episodes 19-22 and a collection of promotional videos on one Blu-ray. The episodes run approximately 94 minutes, with Japanese Linear PCM audio and no subtitles. The disc is region-free.
