Ryoma Takeuchi no Satsukyu WOWOW Original Drama Blu-ray Box

Tomorrow has become a day off. Rising directors and screenwriters imagine a day in the life of an actor whose filming is suddenly canceled in the second installment of this unusual drama series. Popular actor Ryoma Takeuchi plays himself in eight parallel stories.

On an unexpected day off from filming, Ryoma Takeuchi visits a spice shop, planning to make curry. There he meets the beautiful owner, Kaoru, played by Eiko Koike. As she teaches him about spices, they unexpectedly end up cooking curry together. Kaoru's unguarded manner and close personal distance leave Ryoma distracted. Then a man, played by Kiyohiko Shibukawa, suddenly arrives at the shop.

The three-disc box contains all eight episodes, with 206 minutes of the main program and 28 minutes of bonus footage. Extras include making-of footage and a collection of promotional spots. An eight-page mini photobook is enclosed.
