SANDA Volume 1 Blu-ray
TV 「SANDA」Blu-ray 第1巻
An unconventional Santa Claus hero action story from Paru Itagaki and Science SARU.
The setting is a near-future Japan in an era of an extremely low birth rate. Children are treated as national treasures, managed and protected by adults at boarding schools. Meanwhile, Santa Claus, who gives children dreams and hope, is considered a dangerous person to be eliminated.
On a snowy December 25, middle-school student Kazushige Sanda finds his life threatened by his classmate Shiori Fuyumura. She knows that Sanda is a descendant of Santa Claus and is trying to have him grant her wish.
The release includes a specially illustrated jacket and a special booklet featuring newly drawn four-panel manga by Paru Itagaki. Extras include the credit-free opening, the first promotional video and an audio commentary for the first episode.
