With more than two million copies in circulation, the original Sasaki and Miyano series follows the everyday lives of a slightly rebellious older student and a younger boy who feels self-conscious about his feminine features. Popularly serialized on Gene pixiv, the manga has expanded into novels, drama CDs and dramatic readings. Its television anime, which began airing in January 2022, won many more fans. The theatrical film Sasaki and Miyano: Graduation portrays the warm, precious final days of the two boys' high-school lives as Sasaki's graduation approaches. The original spin-off Hirano and Kagiura is also animated for the first time as a short film, screened alongside it. This eagerly awaited release answers the hopes of Sasamiya fans! The series' circulation figure combines print and digital copies as of March 2023.
