A Roidmude causes a slowdown in the city and attacks its people. Drive rushes to the scene, but finds five colourful Roidmudes who call themselves ninjas. Shinnosuke arrests the red ninja, whose behaviour is clearly suspicious, and begins questioning him.

The red ninja's statements make no sense, and he refuses to listen, leaving Shinnosuke unable to control the interrogation. Mr. Belt concludes that this ninja could not possibly exist in their world, deepening the mystery. Then another slowdown strikes the city.

This budget Blu-ray contains the 46-minute television special. Video extras include Festival Talk Party, an ending without overlaid credits, promotional footage and a design gallery.
