SID’s first single of 2012 is a spring song of parting, following the autumn atmosphere of Itsuka and the winter setting of Fuyu no Bench. Melodic title song Nokoriga uses cherry blossoms as a motif for separation, a theme characteristic of the band. As with Uso and Rain, its music is written by drummer Yuya. The familiar inclusion of a live recording continues with Higasa, a concert favourite first released as the coupling song to Uso.
