Six-Colored Time Machine Blu-ray Box

On the day of a local festival, high-school student Ao Kashiwagi reunites with childhood friends Ryusei, Issa, Momoka, Midori and Akane. The reunion turns ominous when Ryusei announces that their friend Naozumi will be murdered that night. He says he has already witnessed the death and returned to the present using a time machine hidden in the basement of Naozumi's mansion. Soon the group discovers that all six of them have experienced time travel. Two brothers and four friends must repeat the day, piece together what really happened and find a way to prevent a death that is still ahead of them.

Six-Colored Time Machine adapts Giguru Akiguchi and Hideki Morikawa's murder-mystery game The Time Machine in August into a nine-episode drama written and directed by Ryo Kawakami, creator of The Werewolf Game. Its young ensemble is led by ICEx member Riku Shiga in his first starring role as Ao, with Hiroki Matsumoto as his brother Ryusei. Fellow ICEx member Ryosuke Yagami plays Issa Tominaga in his drama debut, alongside Momona Kohama, Kyo Sato and Yuna Yajima.

The opening theme is ICEx's Ao to Shiro, while ONE LOVE ONE HEART performs the ending theme, Hoshi no Akashi. Produced by TBS Glowdia with production work by Leone, the series combines the group's shifting relationships with a time-loop mystery. Three Blu-ray discs contain the complete drama, and a separate DVD adds making-of footage and trailers. Original character-setting cards accompany the box.
