Slow Loop Poka Poka Ion Yajirushi Ion Edition 2CD
スローループ OP「やじるし→」イオン盤
Poka Poka Ion makes its official debut with Yajirushi, the opening theme for the TV anime Slow Loop. Nao Toyama and Kiyono Yasuno, who also perform together in Macross Delta's tactical music unit Walkure, first formed the duo unofficially in 2017. After five years, their partnership finally becomes official.
Alongside the Slow Loop opening, the unit performs an insert song for Restaurant to Another World 2. Its concept is to soothe listeners' hearts and deliver a vitamin-like boost for tomorrow: comforting pop that warms the heart and surrounds the listener with a refreshing sense of calm.
The Ion Edition explores the idea of what would happen if Poka Poka Ion had its own radio programme, and adds the coupling song Mawarimichi.
