SOL BIANCA: The Legacy Remastered Blu-ray with Soundtrack CD

SOL BIANCA: The Legacy, a science-fiction anime masterpiece released during the golden age of original video animation, is remastered and finally arrives on Blu-ray.

The original soundtrack CD, now difficult to obtain, is included. On its initial release it attracted attention for its hybrid mixture of Latin, techno, classical, dance, rave and other musical styles. A newly edited booklet, Sol Bianca Log Book, presents treasured archival materials.

All six OVA episodes are included.

Story: Space Era 652. About four centuries have passed since humanity's energetic expansion into space during the period known as the Age of Pioneering. Feeling the limits of an overwhelmingly vast universe, people have turned their attention exclusively to their own planets, and even interstellar travel has become rare. April finds a ship drifting among asteroids, built long ago on Earth, and names it Sol Bianca. Together with June, Feb and Jani, she forms a crew of invincible female pirates wandering space and sets off on a journey of adventure.

The edition includes the SOL BIANCA: The Legacy Original Soundtrack CD and the newly edited Sol Bianca Log Book booklet.

Japanese OVA production from 1999. Main programme, covering all six episodes.
