Sorcerous Stabber Orphen Anime

The great catastrophe draws near. The dark fantasy that led the light-novel world in the 1990s and remains loved across generations returned to animation as Sorcerous Stabber Orphen in 2020. Now its fourth season, the Sanctuary Arc, begins!

Orphen and his companions visit the territory nearest the Sanctuary at the invitation of its lord Almagest. The territory intends to invade the dragon races' Sanctuary to protect humankind. But the Thirteen Apostles, sorcerers under the Aristocratic Federation, regard both sides as threats and plan to destroy them. The moment of the continent's annihilation approaches. To avert it, Azalie and everyone involved gather in the Sanctuary. With the continent's fate at stake, what ending will Orphen and his companions choose?

All twelve episodes are included. Planned video extras are the textless opening and ending and promotional videos and commercials. Planned audio commentaries feature Showtaro Morikubo, Yusuke Kobayashi and Mai Fuchigami on episode 1, and Morikubo, Rumi Okubo and Daisuke Ono on episode 11.
