Splatoon 3 Original Soundtrack Splatune 3 brings together the latest hits from the world of Inklings and Octolings across four CDs. Music from the Nintendo Switch game includes Clickbait by the Splatlands' leading three-piece band C-Side, songs by the rock band Front Roe that suddenly shot to the top of the charts, and tracks by Damp Socks feat. Off the Hook, the band produced by Off the Hook's two members. Alongside these Turf War favorites is Anarchy Rainbow, the festival number by the mischievous trio Deep Cut that lights up Splatfests.

The collection also includes Hero Mode, Salmon Run and Tableturf Battle music. Bonus recordings feature the version of Splattack! used in the game's announcement trailer, plus C-Side's demo recordings of Clickbait and Paintscraper. The complete Deep Cut and Squid Sisters performance from Nintendo Live 2022 in October 2022 is included as live audio, with the between-song MC segments. New sound effects and jingles selected by the development staff bring the program to 147 tracks.

The booklet contains the artists' album-jacket artwork. Its special features include a music discussion with Marie, Marina and Big Man, a day's posts from C-Side bassist and vocalist Baker, and an article exploring the secrets of Front Roe.
