Superfly Ride the Wave Live & Documentary Blu-ray

Living was music, and performing live was heaven. Superfly's complete record of the four years beginning in 2020!

This collection can be called Superfly's greatest hits in video form. Since the pandemic began in 2020, Superfly has worked tirelessly to keep moving forwards. Ride the Wave includes a special edit of Superfly Arena Tour 2024 Heat Wave, held in spring 2024, available only in this release. It also includes Documentary of Ride the Wave, a film following those four years that, in its final version, runs for more than two hours. Two valuable online performances are released on disc for the first time: Superfly Live at Studio Sing Together, the artist's first online concert in November 2020, and Superfly Online Live Ubugoe, released in August 2021 and noted for its spectacular cave location.

The Music Video Collection contains all eight videos for the digital singles released since Superfly moved to Universal Music, from Voice through the latest song, Charade. A photo book is also included. This video release truly brings together everything from Superfly's four-year journey beginning in 2020. Packed with valuable footage, it is a collection that those who have supported Superfly will want to own.

Disc 2 contains Documentary of Ride the Wave, following Superfly's four years from 2020. The final official presentation describes this documentary as more than two hours long.

Superfly is the solo project of Shiho Ochi, born on February 25, 1984 in Ehime Prefecture. She debuted in 2007 with the single Hello Hello. Her many drama and film theme songs include Alright!! in 2009, Tamashii Revolution in 2010, Kagayaku Tsuki no You ni in 2012, Beautiful in 2015, Flare in 2019, Farewell in 2022 and Ashes in 2023. Her varied style combines rock, pop, soul and funk, while her distinctive, emotionally expressive lyrics have earned support across a broad audience.

In 2023 she released her seventh album, Heat Wave. Created during the pandemic, the album features many songs about the connections Ochi experienced directly and became an album like a welcoming bonfire. The following year's Superfly Arena Tour 2024 Heat Wave took place in Tokyo and Osaka and moved more than 60,000 concertgoers across five performances. Known for her originality as a singer-songwriter, powerful vocals and emotional live performances, she continues to broaden her expression and develop as an artist.

Universal Sigma is the label, and Universal Music publishes and distributes the release. The separate four-DVD edition and shop-exclusive visual sheets, postcards, acrylic keyholders, clear files or fanclub paper sleeves are not included.
