Sweet Reincarnation Blu-ray Box

“I will make people smile with sweets.” Published in book form by TO Books, Sweet Reincarnation had passed 1.2 million copies in circulation, including digital editions, when it received its eagerly awaited anime adaptation. Its broad appeal also led to a stage adaptation in 2023. Ayumu Murase, known from Soaring Sky! Pretty Cure and the Sailor Moon Cosmos films, voices the young protagonist.

Pastry is a remarkably talented boy expected to become the next lord of the impoverished Morteln domain. In his previous life, he was a genius pastry chef with a brilliant future ahead of him. Reborn in another world, he holds fast to his determination to bring smiles through sweets and devotes himself to baking once more.

But trial after trial confronts the young heir: bandits attack the domain, scheming nobles harbour hidden agendas, funds are scarce, and the parched land has little water. Armed with ingenuity and his love of confectionery, can Pastry create a domain overflowing with happiness? A sweet, delightfully unusual fantasy adventure begins.

This box features a newly illustrated jacket, a special booklet and a collection of Sweets Day illustration postcards. Cast audio commentary accompanies the programme, with mini-anime shorts and creditless opening and ending sequences as video extras.
