Sword Art Online Anime

“This may be a game, but it is not something you play.” More than a month has passed since the world's first VRMMORPG, Sword Art Online, became a death game and trapped ten thousand users in its world. Having cleared the first floor of the floating steel castle Aincrad, Asuna continues her journey toward the top alongside Kirito. With information broker Argo's help, their progress seems smooth...

But conflict breaks out between the two leading player guilds, the Aincrad Liberation Squad and Dragon Knights Brigade, who should be working together. Behind the confrontation is a mysterious figure operating in the shadows. Amid perilous battles with death close at hand, a threat different from clearing the game draws Asuna and Kirito into its reach!

The main film Sword Art Online Progressive: Scherzo of Deep Night is included. The Japanese cast features Haruka Tomatsu as Asuna, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Kirito, Inori Minase as Mito, Shiori Izawa as Argo, Hiroki Yasumoto as Agil, Tomokazu Seki as Kibaou, Kaede Hondo as Liten, Yusuke Nagano as Shivata, Takeo Otsuka as Lind, Shinya Takahashi as Yamata, Yohei Azakami as Wolfgang, Yuki Tamai as Lobacca, Koji Seki as Naijan, Ryota Osaka as Joe and Yusuke Kobayashi as Morte.

The region-free regular Blu-ray runs approximately 100 minutes with original Japanese Linear PCM audio, English subtitles, accessible Japanese subtitles and a separate Japanese audio guide. The edition-specific technical source does not give the channel count.
