Satou has quietly loved his childhood friend Hime for years. Just as he resolves to tell her, she announces that she must move far away. Unwilling to let their connection end, he follows her and finds himself in another world, where Hime is one of five Ring Princesses. Her unexpected proposal makes him the Ring King, a hero charged with confronting the danger threatening this realm. To unlock the rings' full power, he must also marry the other four princesses.

This collection contains all twelve episodes of the first season across two Blu-ray discs. Disc one also includes the first and main promotional videos and character videos for Satou, Hime, Nephrites, Granart, Saphir and Amber. Disc two adds the clean opening and ending sequences and Blu-ray commercials. Directed by Takashi Naoya and animated by Staple Entertainment, the series features Gen Sato, Akari Kito, Miyuri Shimabukuro, Hitomi Ueda, Ai Kakuma and Mikako Komatsu, with Shogo Sakata as Marse and Shigeru Chiba as Alabaster. The main programme runs 284 minutes with Japanese LPCM stereo audio.
