Teasing Master Takagi-san Live-Action Original Soundtrack brings Takashi Ohmama's music to a 43-track album with selections for both the drama and film. The live-action adaptation of Soichiro Yamamoto's comic follows a first love that reconnects after ten years.

At a junior high school on an island, Nishikata is constantly teased by Takagi, the girl sitting beside him. Every plan to tease her back is seen through and fails, until one day they are separated. Ten years later, Takagi returns to the island as a trainee teacher at their old school, where Nishikata now works as a physical education teacher. Their paused time, and their days of teasing, begin moving again.

Ohmama, whose scoring work includes Hard Days, Asakusa Kid and Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, supplies the music. The album moves from school-day cues to reunion scenes and closes with Kyun Sekkin!!, the opening song for the fictional anime 100% Unrequited Love.
