Technoroid is a new-generation media project from Noriyasu Agematsu, RUCCA and Elements Garden, expanding into television animation, games and manga.

In a world where abnormal weather has submerged most of the land, the World Government oversees society and encourages the use of robots and androids for labor. Cobalt and three other ownerless androids live in an abandoned house on the outskirts of town. When they realize that no money for electricity means they cannot recharge, they set out to earn their power bill by challenging Babel, the entertainment tower that stands as a symbol of the new age.

Volume 2 contains episodes 4–6. The first-production edition features a three-sided case newly illustrated by LAM, a newly illustrated anime jacket and a booklet. The bonus CD includes STAND-ALONE’s game song NIGHTMARISH and Original Soundtrack Part 2.
