Miyuki Ihara died in the accident. Hearing that familiar name, video director Hiroko Kurasawa, played by Hashimoto, remembers her former colleague Naoto. After meeting him again at Miyuki's funeral, eerie events begin happening around her. Having experienced something similar before, Hiroko visits the Ihara home to discover their source.
