The Gospellers 30th Anniversary Live at Nippon Budokan Blu-ray

The Gospellers 30th Anniversary Live at Nippon Budokan brings the vocal group's milestone celebration to Blu-ray, preserving every song from their December 21, 2024 performance. Held on the anniversary of their major-label debut, the concert traces three decades of harmony through breakthrough hits, rarely performed selections and material from their Pearl EP.

The 38-song programme opens with Hitori and moves through Kutsu wa Haita Mama, Hitosuji no Kiseki, F.R.I. and 24/7 before reaching Mimosa and Machikado - on the corner -. Tokyo Sweet, Tonight and Sunadokei share the stage with a cappella performances and the group's rhythm-led repertoire, bringing different periods of their catalogue into the same anniversary set.

The second half includes Moon glows (on you), I Want You, Hoshizora no Gonin - WE HAVE TO BE A STAR -, In This Room and 1, 2, 3 for 5. Towa ni, Yakusoku no Kisetsu and Hoshikuzu no Machi lead toward Love me! Love me!, Samurai Gospellers and SING!!!!!, with Pearl closing the programme. The selection combines familiar favourites with less frequently heard songs, while the arena staging gives the anniversary performance its own scale and atmosphere.

This single-disc edition runs approximately 190 minutes with Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio. The Blu-ray is region-free and has no subtitles.
