The Most Notorious Talker Runs the World's Greatest Clan Blu-ray Box Part 2 continues Noel's determination to reach the top through strategy, leadership and a refusal to accept the limits of his assigned role. Adapted from Jaki's fantasy story, the anime follows a young man whose apparent weakness becomes the starting point for an uncompromising ambition.

Noel grew up admiring his grandfather, the legendary hero known as Overdeath, and wants to become the strongest Seeker. Yet his own job is Talker, a support role regarded as the weakest of all. Even extraordinary effort cannot erase the difference between his natural abilities and those of more gifted fighters.

His answer is to use his exceptional tactical mind: gather powerful companions, create the greatest clan and lead it himself. By outmanoeuvring his enemies and directing his allies, Noel pursues a route to strength that depends on more than individual combat talent. Daiki Yamashita voices Noel, joined by Yu Serizawa as Alma, Yosuke Omomo as Koga and Takehito Koyasu as Finocchio.

This second box includes an illustrated one-piece case and a back inlay drawn by Yamorichan. The special booklet contains interviews with Yamashita, Serizawa and Omomo. On-disc extras include the Word Wolf and ito edition of the cast's Talker competition, featuring those three performers alongside Makoto Koichi and Kaori Maeda, as well as the creditless ending sequence.

The approximately 150-minute programme is presented on one region-free Blu-ray in 16:9 1080p with Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio. No subtitles are included.
