The Strongest Sage with the Weakest Crest Animation

An otherworldly fantasy of magical crests begins!

Although praised as the world’s strongest magician, the sage Gaius feels he has reached the limits of the crest he was born with. To change it, he chooses to gain a new body through reincarnation.

Reborn far in the future, he acquires the crest he has always wanted—the one best suited to magical combat—and a new name, Matthias. For some reason, however, people in this era call it the weakest crest.

Over the intervening centuries, magic has declined and crude magical theories have become widespread. Combining the strongest crest for magical combat with the wisdom of a sage, the young Matthias overturns the world’s accepted beliefs one after another.

The original first-production edition was announced with an illustrated jacket, a special booklet and an original-soundtrack CD with the radio programme theme song. The booklet contains a newly written spin-off story with new illustrations, production settings and a guide to the work. These limited extras are subject to availability and are not guaranteed with the current copy.
