To Sir, With Love Blu-ray BOX

A family's struggle over an heir's secret. A bittersweet yet tender love story between two people burdened by a fate that should keep them apart.

In the 1930s, five great families have amassed enormous wealth among the Chinese settlers of Siam, Thailand's former name. They establish the Five Dragons Association, led by the head of the influential Song family, who enjoys the trust of those around him. One day, the head of the Zhang family, another association member, is exposed as gay. Fearing the impact on business, the chairman announces the expulsion of the Zhang family, with whom he has shared hardship and success.

Zhang, who has regarded the chairman as an elder brother, takes his own life in despair after leaving words like a curse: "One day, you will suffer the same pain."

Years later, a marriage is proposed for Tian, the son of the Song family's first wife, raised to succeed the association's chairman. In his household, marrying the woman chosen by his parents, having children and inheriting the business are considered natural obligations. But Tian has a secret that must never be discovered.

While secretly attending a Chinese opera, Tian becomes caught up in a disturbance and almost loses his life. Jiu, a sugar-craft artisan, rescues him. After their meeting, Tian repeatedly finds himself remembering the man who saved him. What secret is he hiding? A struggle between the Song family's first and second wives, and fierce battles for power within the Five Dragons Association, begin to unfold around it.

The box contains episodes 1–27 and a To Sir, With Love interview with Jam and Film. The cast features Thanapat Kawila as Tian, Rachata Hampanont as Jiu, Kitsakorn Kanogtorn as Yang and Piyathida Mittiraroch as Li. The first pressing was announced with outer-case packaging, a folded reversible mini-poster and two reversible photo cards; these limited items are not guaranteed after supplies run out.

The two Region A Blu-rays run approximately 1,215 minutes with Thai Dolby Digital stereo audio and Japanese subtitles. Specifications may change.
