Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun Animation

Have you heard the seventh rumour among Kamome Academy’s Seven Mysteries? In the girls’ bathroom on the third floor of the old school building, Hanako-san is said to grant one wish to anyone who calls, in exchange for something precious. Knock three times and ask: “Hanako-san, Hanako-san, are you there?” Nene Yashiro has formed a bond with Hanako-kun, the seventh Mystery, and, together with young exorcist Kou Minamoto, works tirelessly to restore the altered rumours surrounding the school’s Mysteries and supernatural beings.

Hanako warns that a traitor is hiding among the Seven Mysteries. To expose them, Nene and her friends begin destroying the Mysteries’ yorishiro: after the second Mystery, the Misaki Stairs, and the fifth, the 4 O’Clock Bookstacks, five remain, including Hanako himself. Meanwhile, Hanako’s younger brother Tsukasa joins Sakura Nanamine, Natsuhiko Hyuuga and Mitsuba, who has become the third Mystery, the Hell of Mirrors, as they approach Mysteries Nene and her friends have yet to encounter.

After the troubles sparked by the Three Clock Keepers and their escape from the artificial world created by Shijima-san of the Art Room, Nene learns the truth about her own remaining lifespan. Still struggling to process it, she joins Kamome Academy’s traditional overnight school programme. A flute that no one else can hear, rumours of a reaper who comes to capture the souls of sleeping people and another of the Seven Mysteries set the story in motion once more.

This second box contains season 2 episodes 13–24 in deluxe digipak packaging with a special booklet. Video extras include the second part’s creditless opening and ending.
