The second Tokyo Revengers musical brings Ken Wakui's Bloody Halloween storyline to the stage, with Ryohei Takenaka as Takemichi Hanagaki, Ryo Kitamura as Manjiro Sano, Ikumi Isaka as Ken Ryuguji, Shogo Suzuki as Keisuke Baji, Yuta Kishimoto as Kazutora Hanemiya and Ryuji Sato as Chifuyu Matsuno. This collection records the April 13, 2025 performance at 5 p.m., following the production's Tokyo and Kyoto run.

Kaori Miura directs, with a script and lyrics by Muck Akazawa and music by manzo and TAKA. The cast also features Futa Sakayori as Takashi Mitsuya, Koki as Haruki Hayashida, Yudai Kubo as Atsushi Sendo, Takashi Sasaki as Shinichiro Sano, Raima Hiramatsu as Tetta Kisaki, Dai Isono as Shuji Hanma, Nobunaga Sato as Naoto Tachibana and Riria Ito as Hinata Tachibana.

The score moves from "Hajimari no Kaze," "TAKEMICHI Started," "Ayamari Tsuzuke no Hibi: Reprise," "Takemichi no Shoso," "Baji Keisuke no Tojo," "Yume e no Michinori," "Oretachi Mizo-Chu Goninshu," "Yamagishi no Furyo Koza," "Valhalla e no Shinko o Shomei Seyo" and "Pa-chin COOL DANCE" into "Babu Tonan Jiken," "Mikey no Babu," "Hajimete no Keigo," "New Next Mission: Survival," "Osoroi Pendant," "talk to you," "Dachi to wa Tatakaenee," "Kessen no Hajimari," "Senaka Awase no Aibo" and "Teki o Korosu no wa Eiyu." The drama continues through "Kisaki no Omowaku," "Baji tai Sanbantai," "Seijaku: bleak quiet," "Baji Keisuke no Saigo," "Ano Hi no Omamori," "Saigo no Hanbunko," "Kitto Umaku Iku," "Chi no Halloween Sokessan," "Sadame Strike" and "Hard road Rock!"

Disc one contains the 163-minute performance. The 86-minute bonus disc includes making-of and backstage footage and a look behind the scenes of the production's promotional photography.
