Recorded at EX THEATER ROPPONGI on December 22, 2025, Tomori Kusunoki's Lapidaries birthday concert brings together her expressive singing and the intensity of a live performance. This limited-production Blu-ray and CD edition preserves the concert and adds a backstage documentary exploring the preparations and her feelings about the show.

The performance opens with twelve and Fuzen no Tomoshibi, followed by BONE ASH, Nemesia, Yutosei, NoTE and DOLL. Yarazu no Ame, MAYBLUES, Fuyu, Soredemo, Okibi and turquoise blue complete the main set. The encore continues with Shingetsu, Vanilla and back to back. All sixteen songs also appear on the accompanying CD, while the Lapidaries Back Stage Documentary is included on the Blu-ray. The concert disc has Japanese stereo Linear PCM audio and no subtitles.
