Toshishita Kareshi 2 Blu-ray Box gathers 17 romantic stories about younger boyfriends and older girlfriends, returning to the anthology format of the 2020 series. Lil Kansai joins audition-selected performers from AmBitious, Boys be and Kansai Junior in a new collection of relationships shaped by hesitant confessions, misunderstandings and the wish to be taken seriously.

The opening story follows university students Kento and Misaki, whose tastes seem perfectly aligned after a month together. A fortune-teller's verdict of zero compatibility unsettles Kento, prompting him to take action to protect their future despite Misaki's reassurance. In the second story, art-club member Nagi cannot finish his portrait of the older student he admires. Satomi assumes he has lost his creative confidence and proposes a game, unaware of what makes him look away.

Returning Lil Kansai members Toa Shimazaki, Takuya Nishimura, Fuga Onishi, Kotaro Okazaki and Ruku Toma appear alongside the wider Kansai Junior cast. Kansai Junior also performs the theme song Kimi no Tonari de.

The four-disc set contains approximately 235 minutes of drama and 93 minutes of extras, including filming and wrap-up footage, preview-screening and cast-appearance behind-the-scenes material, group conversations and previously unseen short segments. A booklet accompanies the discs.

This region-free Blu-ray edition presents Japanese Linear PCM audio in 16:9 high definition, with no subtitles.
