Trapped in a Dating Sim Part 2 Blu-ray Box

Series circulation exceeds 1.3 million copies. A fantasy of overturning the hierarchy, led by a thoroughly unscrupulous protagonist, begins. This is Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games Is Tough for Mobs, Blu-ray Box Part 2, containing episodes 7–12.

The original popular novel, published by GC Novels / Micro Magazine, ranked in This Light Novel Is Amazing! 2020 and the BOOK☆WALKER popularity vote. Its manga adaptation is published under KADOKAWA's Dragon Comics Age. Protagonist Leon is reincarnated into an otome game's world of swords and magic. Oppressed and despairing in a society that overwhelmingly favours women over men, he has one weapon: knowledge of the game that his younger sister forced him to complete in his previous life. Using overpowered abilities to rebel against this society, the exhilarating fantasy of rising against the hierarchy begins its television broadcast from April 2022.

The original two-part Blu-ray box release offered first-press packaging and extras: a box newly illustrated by original character designer Monda; a digipak newly illustrated by character designer Masahiko Suzuki; a newly written novel by original author Yomu Mishima, with new illustrations by Monda; and a special booklet, all housed in the illustrated box. The exact-edition retailer now marks these first-press items as no longer available, so they are excluded from the current listing.

Regular extras for Part 2 comprise the second half of the special programme MobSeka! Ranking Game Battle, featuring Ayane Sakura, Kenichi Suzumura, Kosuke Toriumi and Nobuyuki Hiyama, originally broadcast on AT-X on June 5, 2022; promotional videos 1 and 2; and the Altre Liebe promotional video.

'Even as a background character, I'll rise to the top.' Leon, formerly an office worker, is reincarnated into an otome game's world of swords and magic. It is a world of extreme discrimination against men, with the handsome group led by the crown prince—the game's romance targets—as the only exception. Oppressed and despairing, Leon nevertheless has a weapon: knowledge of the game that his younger sister forced him to clear in his previous life. He wanted to live quietly in the countryside as a background character. But by using his knowledge of the game, he inadvertently raises a rebellion against the women and handsome men who do whatever they please.
