TRUMP Stage & Musicals

The TRUMP stage series is written and directed by playwright Kenichi Suemitsu. This gothic suspense story follows vampires who have lost immortality and are swept up in the legend of TRUMP, the original vampire who possesses eternal life. Responding to fans who wanted to see the beautiful productions on Blu-ray, Pony Canyon announced eight successive releases, including six titles not previously available on Blu-ray. One title was released each month for eight months. The packaging features newly drawn designs by graphic designer TRMN, who created the artwork for Marigold.

This village is as good as dead. In the remote village of Nebula, a series of grotesque murders takes place: the villagers' hearts are removed. The culprits are four vampires who have escaped from Clan, an institution for young vampires undergoing the cocoon phase, equivalent to human adolescence. Suffering pronounced emotional instability during this phase, the young vampires commit the crimes for a particular purpose.

A villager breaks the rules and invites outsiders into the village to solve the case: vampire hunters Banri and Ishifune, dispatched by the Guild. For some reason, the villagers try to obstruct the investigation, and the hunters cannot locate the perpetrators. As the inquiry proceeds, the tightly closed buds of the villagers' secrets slowly begin to open.
