TV Theater Success Mansion 2 Blu-ray Box

Success Mansion returns with even more energy! Hidden away in a corner of the city, the apartment building is once again the setting for unpredictable developments, the actors' spontaneous reactions and fleeting glimpses of their true expressions.

The previous series caused a stir with its entirely new television-theatre format: just one rehearsal, followed by a single take. The long-awaited continuation brings the residents back, with newcomers joining the household and making everyday life at Success Mansion more lively than ever.

Once the performance starts, the cameras do not cut until the end. There are no retakes, and improvisation is welcome. In the true spirit of 'the show must go on', the performers face the same tension as a live stage production, making their efforts essential viewing for fans.

Story: Success Mansion stands quietly in a corner of the city. Its young residents all dream of making a name for themselves, and a legend says that everyone who lives there will eventually achieve their dream and leave to pursue success. Comedians, manga artists, fortune-tellers and cooks may work in different fields, but this colourful collection of residents shares the same ambition.

A year has passed, and the residents are still working hard every day towards their dreams. On the day a new resident is due to arrive, Mu tries to divine what sort of person they will be. He predicts someone 'rather small, with a cute appearance...' Then the appointed time arrives. Who will appear at Success Mansion?

Alongside the complete season, the release reveals the pre-performance run-throughs and post-performance reflection sessions. Video extras also go behind the scenes, gather the wrap-up moments and present the ending dance, including solo versions, together with the making-of footage for the ending rap. The run-through for the final episode is not included.

The original package included a leaflet and an application slip for a release-celebration online reflection event. That historical event promotion has ended and cannot be redeemed. Contents and specifications were subject to change.
