Twilight Out of Focus Animation

The film club of an all-boys school becomes the meeting point for three sparkling stories of youthful romance. Looking through the lens, the students gradually discover what it means to fall in love.

Rebellious loner Hisashi shares a dormitory room with Mao, the film-club member assigned to capture him on camera. A promise between the two roommates gradually becomes a bond that draws them closer.

Jin, the club’s popular president, finds himself challenged by younger member Giichi, who is determined to compete with him. Their clashes slowly give way to a growing attraction.

Rei is a quiet, brusque vice-president whose fellow members nevertheless trust him deeply. When Shion joins the club outside the usual season, an unexpected kiss leads to the start of their relationship. The three stories intersect in this television adaptation of Janome’s manga.
