Ulfuls' 2002 Tsutsu Uraura tour took the band across Japan through a summer of live performances. This release combines the closing show at Shibuya Public Hall with a tour documentary filmed close to the members, following both the concert and the experience of being on the road.

The live programme features Jiken da!, Guts da ze!!, Yu Nakare, Shunkashuto, Angel, Ashita ga Aru sa (Georgia de Ikimasho Version), Oyaji no Uta, Baka Dakara, Gamushara: Atsuku Nare, Tsutsu Uraura, Aibu Got You and Waraereba. Alongside the tour documentary, the Blu-ray includes acoustic versions of Wonderful World and Waraereba.

The 136-minute single-disc edition has Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio and no subtitles.
