Ultraman Music Live The Symphony captures Toru Fuyuki's Symphony Ultra Cosmo in a live recording from Tokyo Dome City Hall on December 15, 2019. Kosuke Tsunoda conducts the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, with Koji Ishizaka narrating a newly written story by screenwriter Shozo Uehara, presented for the first time in this performance.

The booklet includes Uehara's story and an interview with Fuyuki. An additional recording of the Kaiju no Sumika theme, composed by Fuyuki with Takao Konishi, follows the symphony's four movements. A foil-stamped sleeve case completes the special presentation, bringing together the musical and narrative worlds created by these longstanding Ultraman contributors.
