Usogui Deluxe Edition Blu-ray + DVD

Fail to expose a lie and the penalty is death. Brilliant gambler Baku Madarame, known as Usogui, challenges Kakerou, a secret membership club whose power extends through Japan’s political, financial and criminal worlds. Its influential members are ruthless cheats driven by desire, and their contests allow deception, sabotage and even killing.

After losing the decisive contest for control of the club to its leader, Soichi Kiruma, Baku was stripped of his membership. He reappears when he hears that new member Ikki Sadakuni is wreaking havoc within Kakerou. Joining him are Takaomi Kaji, a young man Baku rescued from loan sharks, and Ranko Kurama, an underground casino owner and yakuza boss.

Together they face desperate games devised by elite swindlers: a vicious dealer, a pleasure-seeking murderer and a mad scientist. Defeat means the club’s referees, Yakou and Mekama, will relentlessly collect the price—even a player’s life. In a psychological battle where dirty tricks and murder are commonplace, Baku must see through every lie to survive the ultimate contest of deception.
