Naru Narumi’s romantic comedy, with more than 1.2 million copies in circulation, continues in this second Blu-ray box. The creator of Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles brings together an indecisive boy devoted to his sister, a seemingly immaculate dark-haired honours student and a blonde schoolgirl dragging a hoe. Their unsettling everyday entanglements give this romantic comedy a distinctly unpredictable edge.

Naoto Watari lives with his younger sister Suzushiro at their aunt’s house. Since losing their parents, he has put his sister first, avoiding romance, clubs, part-time work and even friendships. His quiet routine is overturned when childhood friend Satsuki Tachibana transfers to his school. She is the very person who once abruptly destroyed the field they had cultivated together. Her return sends shockwaves through Naoto’s relationships, threatening to unravel the life he has carefully protected.

The second cour’s opening theme comes from shallm, the band project led by singer-songwriter lia. Yurina Hirate, who debuted with Keyakizaka46 and began her solo career in 2020, provides the ending theme, accompanying the story’s bittersweet and precarious emotions.

This box covers episodes 14–26. Its bonus programme includes the second cour’s creditless opening and ending sequences and the concluding cast special with Shuichiro Umeda, Yumika Yano, Yurie Igoma, Megu Umezawa and Yoshiki Nakashima.
