CINEMA FIGHTERS project Movies

Poetry, music and moving images come together in the fourth CINEMA FIGHTERS project, the collaboration between LDH and Short Shorts Film Festival. Directors SABU, Takehiko Shinjo, Nobuhiro Yamashita, Yoshitaka Mori, Tetsuya Mariko and Shigeaki Kubo join GENERATIONS in six cinematic stories born from song lyrics.

The anthology brings together BLUE BIRD, Lonely People at Midnight, Two Who Cannot Say It, Ghost Story: Mangetsu Hamagurizaka, COYOTE and A Sea Without Water. Their musical inspirations come from KAZUKI of DOBERMAN INFINITY, Ryuto Kazuhara and Ryota Katayose of GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE, DEEP SQUAD, Rei and iScream. GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE also perform the title theme, Yesterday Redder, Tomorrow Bluer.

The deluxe edition includes the anthology and its trailers, plus two DVDs with making-of footage for each film, trailers featuring each film’s theme song, the premiere screening and Special Live, and stage greetings. A special sleeve case and booklet are first-press features available only while supplies last; their inclusion is not guaranteed.
