Ouka Kenran brings together Ken Mizuki and Kaimu Tachibana's Yoroiden Samurai Troopers illustrations, gathering nearly all of their major official and personal images from many years of drawing the series. The reproductions are based on their hand-painted color originals.
The Lemon Boys section preserves an unusual collaboration: the artists drew their respective favorites, Toma and Seiji, together on the same sheet. The images imagine the two characters passing an audition entered on their behalf and making their modeling debut in a fictional photobook. Newly created illustrations, rough drawings and extended interviews with both artists accompany the finished work.
