Your Lie in April Tablier Communications Anime Music

The web radio programme Shigatsu Janai yo, Kimiuso da yo introduces the appeal of the television anime Your Lie in April. Alongside its broadcast archive, this release includes a newly recorded programme available only here. For this special recording, the two hosts take on a more refined challenge than ever: attempting to play the violin at a music school.

Once hailed as a prodigy after winning piano competitions in Japan and abroad, Kosei Arima loses the ability to play after the death of his mother, who had been his teacher. Three years later, at fourteen, he meets violinist Kaori Miyazono through his childhood friend Tsubaki Sawabe. Hearing Kaori’s individual performance at a competition begins to fill the monochrome world he has seen since his mother’s death with colour again.
