Kamen Rider Drive Blu-ray Collection 1 introduces a different kind of Rider: a police detective who takes to the road in a car instead of a motorcycle. The opening twelve episodes establish Shinnosuke Tomari's world and the investigations that put him face to face with the Roidmudes in the sixteenth Heisei Kamen Rider series.

Episodes 1 through 6 occupy the first main disc, followed by episodes 7 through 12 on the second. Ryoma Takeuchi and Rio Uchida head the cast, joined by Taiko Katono, Yu Inaba, Shota Matsushima, Fumika Baba and Yu Warabino. Chris Peppler supplies the distinctive voice of the belt, with Tsurutaro Kataoka also appearing in the series.

The bonus Blu-ray adds Secret Mission type TOKUJO 1, an original spin-off drama, together with highlights from the production announcement and Shinnosuke Tomari's Interrogation Room. A selection of previews and promotional footage, broadcast junction segments and a design gallery completes the recorded extras.

Originally broadcast from October 2014 to September 2015, the series is presented here in 16:9 Full HD. The main episodes run approximately 276 minutes, with Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio and no subtitles. All three Blu-rays are region-free.
