Kamen Rider Drive: Surprise Future Blu-ray puts Shinnosuke Tomari's trust in his closest partner to the test. The detective Rider has faced the Roidmudes from behind the wheel, but this theatrical adventure threatens to overturn the very foundation of his fight. A future ruled by Roidmudes is approaching, and the source of humanity's destruction may be the Drive System itself.

The warning comes from Eiji, a young man who claims to be Shinnosuke's son from the future. When Mr. Belt suddenly runs out of control, Eiji's story becomes impossible to dismiss. Dark Drive then arrives in the Next Tridoron, overwhelming Mach and Chaser and leaving Shinnosuke facing a painful decision about the partner who has fought beside him. With an unprecedented enemy closing in, the Riders must take their battle onto a new road to protect the future.

Ryoma Takeuchi and Rio Uchida lead the returning cast alongside Taiko Katono and Yu Inaba, with Mackenyu appearing as Eiji. Directed by Takayuki Shibasaki from a screenplay by Riku Sanjo, the film carries the television series' mystery and vehicle-driven action into a story originally released in Japanese cinemas in August 2015.

This single-disc edition presents the 62-minute feature in 16:9 Full HD with Japanese Linear PCM 5.1 audio and Japanese accessibility subtitles. Trailer footage is also included, and the Blu-ray is region-free.
