Kamen Rider Ryuki TV Series

Kamen Rider Ryuki returns in a new, more affordable Blu-ray box edition. Broadcast on TV Asahi from February 2002 to January 2003, it is the third series in the Heisei Kamen Rider era.

For the first time in Rider history, thirteen Riders fight not only monsters but one another, continuing until only one remains so that their personal wishes can be fulfilled. Released in cinemas while the series was still broadcasting, Kamen Rider Ryuki Episode Final presented another ending to the television series. Kamen Rider Ryuki Special: 13 Riders portrayed another world entirely different from the television series and prepared two different conclusions. Viewers decided the ending by telephone and online voting during the broadcast. Alongside the quality of the drama, these innovative ideas helped make the series popular.

This second box contains episodes eighteen through thirty-four on three Blu-rays. Disc four contains episodes eighteen through twenty-three, preview and promotional footage, and interviews with Shun Ichijo and Hassei Takano. Disc five contains episodes twenty-four through twenty-eight, preview and promotional footage, an interview with Takeshi Kimura and Kamen Rider Ryuki Hyper Battle Video: Ryuki vs. Kamen Rider Agito. Disc six contains episodes twenty-nine through thirty-four, preview and promotional footage, and interviews with Takashi Hagino and Ayano Sugiyama, also known as Ayano Fujisawa. The preview collections and interviews were previously included on DVD.

The cast includes Takamasa Suga, Satoshi Matsuda, Ayano Sugiyama, Sayaka Kuon, Hitomi Kurihara, Kenzaburo Kikuchi and Kanji Tsuda. The main-program footage was upconverted from SD source materials using updated HD processing.
