The director's cut of Kamen Rider Ryuki Episode Final, released in cinemas in 2002, returns as an affordable standalone Blu-ray. It is packed with video extras, including making-of footage and appearances at stage greetings and events held around its original release.

Only a few of the thirteen Riders remain alive. Shiro Kanzaki, the creator of the Riders, announces that the battle has only three days left and demands that they bring it to an end. Female Rider Femme, Miho Kirishima, and the mysterious Kamen Rider Ryuga enter the final Rider battle and open the last door of the Mirror World. Monsters pour into reality from every conceivable mirror.

As the real world heads toward destruction, Ryuki, Knight and Femme face the monsters and Ryuga. But with the last door already open, the time left for their own survival is running out. Only one can remain alive. What fate awaits Ryuki and the real world?

The extras include Kamen Rider Ryuki Episode Final Making, the additional director's-cut making-of material, Episode Final SFX World, the production announcement on June 19, 2002, the completion-preview screening on August 8, the eve-of-release festival on August 16, opening-day stage greetings on August 17, and preview and promotional footage.
