My Hero Academia: You're Next Plus Ultra Edition Blu-ray brings Izuku Midoriya and Class 1-A face to face with a disturbing imitation of their greatest hero. Japan is still struggling with the destruction left by the war between heroes and villains when Dark Might appears, claiming that he will become the new symbol to replace All Might. His appearance recalls the former champion, but his ambitions could hardly be more different.

Dark Might uses his Quirk to build a huge fortress that absorbs people into its expanding structure. A young woman named Anna stands at his side, while Giulio, a man who calls her his mistress, is nevertheless pursuing her life. As the mystery connecting them unfolds, Izuku, Bakugo, Todoroki and their classmates confront Dark Might and the Gollini Family criminal organization before his vision can take over the world.

The fourth My Hero Academia theatrical feature is directed by Tensai Okamura, with a screenplay by Yosuke Kuroda, character designs by Yoshihiko Umakoshi and animation by Bones. Original creator Kohei Horikoshi supervises the story and original character concepts. Daiki Yamashita, Nobuhiko Okamoto and Yuki Kaji return alongside Mamoru Miyano, Meru Nukumi and Kenta Miyake, while Vaundy contributes Homunculus and Gift.

The Plus Ultra edition adds an ULTRA DISC featuring A Piece of Cake, the animated adaptation of Horikoshi's short manga, alongside recorded appearances from Anime Expo 2024, the Japan premiere and the film's release-stage greetings. A My Hero Academia cinema-etiquette short is also included. The feature disc contains the film, teasers and trailers, WHO'S NEXT and Gift promotional videos, and a creditless opening.

The two discs are presented in a slipcase illustrated by Yoshihiko Umakoshi, accompanied by a 44-page booklet with interviews and production artwork. Four postcards reproduce illustrations by Kohei Horikoshi.

The 110-minute feature is region-free and includes Japanese Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround and Linear PCM 2.0 stereo, plus a Japanese audio-description track in DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0. Japanese subtitles for deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers accompany the feature. The supplement disc has Japanese Linear PCM 2.0 audio without subtitles.
