Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World Volume 1 Regular Edition Blu-ray
TV キミと僕の最後の戦場、あるいは世界が始まる聖戦 第1巻 通常版
The strongest swordsman and the strongest witch: sworn enemies who are drawn to one another on the battlefield. Fantasia Bunko's new generation of heroic fantasy becomes a television anime.
The Empire is a mechanized utopia with highly advanced science and technology. The Nebulis Sovereignty wields supernatural powers and is feared as the country of witches. The two nations have waged war for a hundred years, and each has a hero.
Iska is the youngest person to become one of the Empire's greatest military assets. Aliceliese, princess of the Nebulis Sovereignty, is known as the Ice Calamity Witch. Meeting on the battlefield, they become mortal enemies who risk their lives against each other. To protect their countries, families and companions, they clash with pride that neither can surrender.
Yet, amid their fierce battles, they see one another's true selves and become drawn to each other's way of life and ideals. They know that they cannot walk together and that cruel fate will toy with them. As though mocking the two, tensions continue to rise and the great nations' schemes begin to intersect. Even in a divided world, the boy and girl's feelings keep growing.
The regular-edition first volume contains episodes one through four. Extras comprise preview videos for episodes two through four, the creditless opening and character promotional videos for Iska and Alice. The original first pressing included an outer case, an illustrated digipak, a booklet and the short novel Kinsho Shiso; those first-press physical items depend on copy availability.
The cast features Yusuke Kobayashi as Iska, Sora Amamiya as Aliceliese Lou Nebulis IX, Kaori Ishihara as Nene Alkastone, Nao Shiraki as Mismis Klass, Shunichi Toki as Jhin Syulargun, Ayana Taketatsu as Risya In Empire, Yumiri Hanamori as Rin Vispose, Azumi Waki as Sisbell Lou Nebulis IX, Aya Hisakawa as Mirabea Lou Nebulis IX and Jun Kasama as Nameless.
