Compile Heart, Dengeki Bunko and Dengeki PlayStation present the final chapter of Mary Skelter for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch: the girls' final escape drama, woven by the lamplights of hatred and friendship.

Many protagonists confront every mystery. Switch among new and returning heroes as you make your way toward the Devouring Fleet Tower.

Story

Jail: an impregnable human detention facility known as a living prison.

Appearing suddenly several decades ago, it was governed by monsters called Marchen and the deranged beings who commanded them, the Nightmares.

Led by Jack, the Blood Maidens, reincarnations of fairy tales, achieved their escape from fate and climbed successfully from the underground prison to the surface.

With hope for the surface world in their hearts, the first sight Jack and his companions encountered was thousands of corpses submerged in a sea of blood, and the crazed, laughing face of an Executioner Maiden.

Pyre, an Executioner Maiden born to kill people. Jack, a Blood Youth who would offer even a single drop of his blood for his friends. Mary, the Little Match Girl who plays the lamplight of her reason for existing. Ju, a mysterious boy who calls himself a prison tower. Red Riding Hood, a Blood Maiden tormented by her feelings toward her father. Clara, an ordinary girl who is no one in particular.

All are drawn toward the Devouring Fleet Tower floating high in the sky.

This is the girls' final escape drama: following the lamplights of hatred and friendship in an attempt to break free from this tiny planet.

A full dungeon RPG

Fight turn-based command battles with a party of up to one protagonist and five Blood Maidens. Battle presentation has been renewed from the previous games.

Master skills and the job system as you work toward escaping the prison. Difficulty options include Easy, a mode welcoming to beginners.

The new Zapping System

Switch protagonists in real time to conquer the prison towers. The game progresses and its story unfolds through the perspectives of each protagonist.

As you explore, you may reach a point where you cannot move forward. When that happens, try switching to another protagonist and exploring with them.

Before Story welcomes new players

Even if this finale is your first game, you can follow the story. Before Story lets you view the stories of the entire Mary Skelter series whenever you wish.

This review function is unlocked from the start and accessible from the title screen, covering the complete stories of Mary Skelter: Nightmares and Mary Skelter 2. Viewing Before Story lets you enjoy the whole Mary Skelter narrative.
