Puniru Is a Cute Slime Animation

This is the story of Puniru the slime and Kotaro, a junior high school boy, until the day they stop being friends...

Kotaro Kawaii is in his second year of junior high school. A slime he made in elementary school came to life, and for the next seven years he lived happily alongside it as a friend, naming it Puniru. But Kotaro has one problem: over those seven years, they have both grown up, and Puniru's appearance has transformed into that of an extraordinarily beautiful girl!

Besides her beautiful-girl appearance, Puniru can use her slime nature to transform into all kinds of cute forms. Her free-spirited words and behaviour leave Kotaro flustered and swept along again and again, making his everyday life anything but straightforward.

Can Puniru and Kotaro remain friends and keep enjoying life together forever?

Audio commentary offers another perspective on the story.
