TV Re:ゼロから始める異世界生活 4th season 1
Race along the journey of memories. The landmark other-world fantasy Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- has surpassed 16million copies in circulation worldwide, including ebooks, and its television anime celebrates its tenth anniversary in 2026. The long-awaited fourth season began broadcasting in April 2026.
Beginning with the first television season in 2016, which captivated audiences around the world, the anime built its story through theatrical releases of entirely new OVAs in 2018 and 2019, the second season in 2020–2021 and the third in 2024–2025. This time the setting is the vast Augria Sand Dunes. In the previous season Subaru and his companions narrowly won their desperate battle in the Water Gate City of Priestella, but the cost was far too high. While looking for ways to save the victims, they learn of the Sage Shaula, said to see everything and possess all knowledge. The Pleiades Watchtower, where the Sage lives, stands at the remote edge of the great desert. Raging nature, unknown magical beasts and unimaginable threats await. With his companions, a boy begins a journey risking his life to recover everything.
Lavish first-production extras were announced for volume 1, including a substantial new novel by original author Tappei Nagatsuki and a storage box newly illustrated by original character designer Shinichiro Otsuka. Initial pressings of each volume were also announced with new outer-case artwork by Otsuka and a jacket newly illustrated by character designer Haruka Sagawa. Volumes 1 and 2 were announced with priority ticket-purchase application forms for a cast-and-artist event celebrating the tenth anniversary. These extras depend on the pressing supplied and are not guaranteed.
Introduction Subaru and his companions narrowly emerge victorious from the deadly battle in the Water Gate City of Priestella, but the price is immense. The Authority of Gluttony leaves Rem asleep, robs Crusch of her memories and takes away Julius's name. Searching for clues to save them, Subaru learns of the Sage Shaula, said to see everything and possess all knowledge. Their next destination is the Pleiades Watchtower, the Sage's home: a remote tower rising above the great Augria Sand Dunes, which even Reinhard, the strongest Sword Saint, could not conquer. Raging nature, unfamiliar magical beasts and threats beyond imagination stand in their way. Alongside his companions, the boy begins a life-risking journey to reclaim everything.
